canclled...two flights to orlando today will not take off...because of hurricane matthew. red cross volunteers are headed southeast...and they'll be driving. the red cross says 18 trained wisconsin volunteers from across the state will go where the damage is. two volunteers are leaving milwaukee friday morning ready to serve meals, and distribute clean up kits. thursday a emergency response vehicle departed from madison. another left from wausu shelters...more than 500 disaster workers and 90 response vehicles standing by in florida, georgia, north carolina and south carolina. they're preparing for a large scale response. these volunteers have been on several deployments before, so theyre used to some tough conditions and theyre ready for it. they love to help. meanwhile -- we've spoken to a family from mequon trapped in florida.

new details about the new jersey transit train that slammed into a terminal last month. federal investigators say the train was going more than twice the speed limit when it crashed. officials also say the train's engineer hit the emergency brake less than a second before it crashed. the speed limit for the station is ten miles per hour, but the ntsb says the train sped up to 21 miles per hour killed and more than 100 hurt in the wreck. new this morning -- colombia's president the winner of this year's nobel peace price. it comes just days after voters narrowly rejected a peace deal juan manuel santos created. colombia has been looking to end a 50- year-long civil war with farc rebels. the norwegian nobel committee awarded santos the prize for his efforts to try and end that. 220-thousand
